Later, they are joined by Caitlin Riley, one of the owners of Pour Taproom to talk about what it took to get Knoxville's first self-pour taproom opened.

This year marks 35 years since The World's Fair Beer was launched in Knoxville, TN as part of The World's Fair. This year also marks the launch of The World's Fair Beer's return to Knoxville! Chris & D.J. meet with Rick Kuhlman and Harrison Collins to talk about their new brew, the history of the beer, and what its return means not only for collectors and beer lovers but also the city of Knoxville.

Stephanie Carlson from Knox County Stormwater Management and Adam Ingle from Alliance Brewing join Chris & D.J. to talk about the importance of local water in the brewing process. Stephanie also talks about the upcoming Tennessee River Runoff 5k, and what you can do to get involved.

Luann, Rachel, and Millie join Chris & D.J. to talk about the Knoxville's chapter of the Pink Boots Society. They talk about their background with Pink Boots, the history of the organization. and how any woman in the beer industry can get involved with this great organization. They also discuss where you can find their brews this summer! 

Tony Schmitt, one of Knoxville's only Certified Cicerones, joins Chris & D.J. to talk about the process of becoming a Certified Cicerone, beer education, and his role in The Casual Pint. The boys also enjoy some excellent beer selections as they learn about Tony's time in the craft beer industry, his time with Stone, and what brought him to Knoxville, TN... and Chris breaks Tony's prized bottle opener.
